Hauzstil Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to aluminum vanity and mirror cabinet systems manufactured and sold by Hauzstil (“we,” “our,” or “us”) within Malaysia. This warranty complies with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA) and the Sale of Goods Act 1957.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing-related structural defects in the aluminum cabinet carcase and core systems. It applies only to the original purchaser located in Malaysia. We reserve the right to determine whether to repair or replace the defective part.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty provides one-to-one replacement of products with confirmed manufacturing defects, valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. All warranty claims are subject to our inspection and verification process. Hauzstil reserves full right to determine whether the defect is covered under warranty or reject the claims at its sole discretion.

3. Claim Procedure

Claims must be submitted in writing, along with proof of purchase and supported by photo or video recording. Our technical team will assess the validity of the claim and determine the appropriate course of action.

Customers must report any defects, damages, or incomplete deliveries within two (2) working days from the date of receiving the goods. Any reports made after this period will not be entertained, and all deliveries will be deemed completed and accepted.

Important Note for Product Replacements: To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide a complete video recording of the entire unboxing process, from start to finish. The video must clearly show the condition of the package and focus on the specific damaged area(s) while unboxing.

Hauzstil reserves sole discretion to reject any claims not due to manufacturing defects. For all accepted claim due to manufacturing defects, we may offer repair or replacement.  In cases where parts had been discontinued, we may provide equivalent alternatives.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hauzstil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. This warranty complements, but does not override, the statutory rights you are entitled to under Malaysian consumer laws.

5. Important Notes

Products must be installed by professionals. Items returned for warranty consideration must be securely packed in their original packaging. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Replacement parts may exhibit differences in tone or finish due to product aging.

Cleaning Warning: Hauzstil products are designed with finishes that are easy to clean using water and mild, non-abrasive detergents. Do not use harsh chemicals, strong solvents, acidic cleaners, or abrasive scrubs on any part of the product, as this may cause discoloration, corrosion, or damage. Any use of such substances shall render the warranty void.
